The electric car<\/a> already has a place in sustainable mobility. This thanks to the benefits that provides to the planet, and its functionality as a clean mean of transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electric cars contribute to the reduction of volume of greenhouse gases, which, in their majority are caused by conventional cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, as more people use electric cars, is expected for 2050, to be the most used mean of transport worldwide, due the efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For that, to foster their use and recognize their importance in sustainable mobility, since 2020, the 9 days of September is celebrated the World EV Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This date was created thanks to the initiative of ABB and Green TV companies to spread globally the electric mobility and its positive impact in the environmental conservation. In general, transports with electric motor contribute to damage less to ozone layer, thanks that reduce the greenhouse gas emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of celebrate this date is generate a global movement that through digital campaigns boosts the modability of a decarbonized transport with zero emissions of CO2. All this with the aim of create an ecosystem of sustainable transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How this day is celebrated?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate the world EV day, are performed many activities where the interested people of all ages can participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In academic and work matters are carried out seminars on ethernet focused in the green recovery, as the promotion of electric vehicles, pointing out their advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the little ones, is implemented a global level competition called \u201cEVmoji\u201d. This is for children from 6 to 16 years old, who have the mission of design the official emoji related with electric vehicles. For this, can post photos, drawings or digital images in social media with the #EVmoji hashtag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though many people criticize the fact that an EV still generates pollution for the simple process of construction, the truth is that, provoke less damage to environment than the proper manufacturing of a motorized transport through fossil fuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If is considered the life cycle of electric cars, from manufacturing to circulation, a vehicle of this class generates between 25% and 71% less emissions than one of internal combustion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, two of the greatest inconveniences that front these transports are, in first place, the elevated cost, second, the few points to charge their battery in many countries. However, with more sustainable cars used, is expected to have more offer of these, therefore, more economic prices.
