Capufe: new costs of toll booths in 2025
For the first days of 2025, Capufe provided the tolls of highways of Mexico. In accordance with their last report, the current rates are the following ones:
- Mexico-Cuernavaca: $136
- Cuernavaca-Acapulco: 603
- Méexico-Puebla: $204
- Mexico-Queretaro: 204
- Durango-Mazatlan: $743
- Tijuana-Ensenada: $138
- La Rumorosa-Tecate: $97
- La Tinaja-Cosoleacaque: $506
- Córdoba-Veracruz: $127
- Gomez Palacio-Corralitos (Autopista Unión): $312
- Queretaro-Irapuato: $191
- Tehuacan-Oaxaca: $281
The costs of toll booths that had an increase compared to last year were the ones of Puebla, with an increase of 3% passing from 198 pesos to 204 pesos for cars. For motorcycles, the rate will be of 102 pesos, while that, for buses, it will vary of 399 to 1,127 depending on the type of exes.

What the CAPUFE is?
Federal roads and bridges (Caminos y Puentes Federales) are the body in charge of operate the main toll highways of Mexico. It manages 3,700 kilometers of highways, 18 national bridges and 12 international bridges, which transforms in the main road operator of the country.
Now, even though it manages most of the highways, not all the toll highways are under their control, due exist different licensee that also manage a part of the 10.923 km of total highways in Mexico.
These rates will be valid until 31st of December or until further notice. We recommend you to plan your journeys to know how much money to take.
